Spalding Labs has built a solid reputation. The Fly Predators I order from them really do the trick and help keep our horses comfy during fly season. They've been super accommodating in providing the right predators for us, and the best part is, they actually work!

If I stick to the suggested quantities, these predator flies do a fantastic job at managing our barn fly situation. They reached out last year to let me know about the heavy rain we were experiencing (which was spot on) and recommended that I double the amount. I wish I had taken that advice. Other than that, we've seen a significant drop in flies. By the way, I appreciate how they send reminders via email for reordering and the hassle-free billing. A trustworthy company.

You wouldn't believe the big difference these tiny fly predators can have on the fly situation in the barn. At first, I was a bit doubtful when I heard about them, but I figured I’d give 'em a shot. I've been using predator flies from Spalding Labs for a good few years now. They don’t eliminate every single fly on our small farm, but they definitely help keep the fly situation under control. During the peak fly season, we still have to rely on fly spray for our horses, but at least the flies aren’t tormenting them like they used to. My daughter works at a horse farm that doesn’t use these predator flies, and even when I think the fly situation is rough here, she tells me it’s nothing compared to other barns that skip the flies. As long as we have horses, I’ll keep ordering these flies from Spalding. They show up right on time, and when they start hatching, I just scatter them over as many fresh manure piles as I can find. It’s super simple and safe.

For more than two decades, I've been using Spalding fly predators across four different spots, and they perform excellently in all scenarios. They’re so effective that I never had to resort to fly spray for my new horse until we hit the mountains. On the first morning, I tried a popular fly spray, and my horse ended up with hives wherever it was applied.
